Rigid PVC Films
Supplier of excellent rigid PVC film leveraging pharma-grade raw materials and latest calendaring process. The films are manufactured under controlled environment as per current GMP norms and comply with all the food and pharma packaging regulations. The modern packaging solution ranges from 50 to 700 microns and require less fuel in manufacturing and transport as opposed to metal, glass or other materials.
Benefits
- Prevent unnecessary wastage as it preserves the food and drugs
- Work as outstanding blister packaging solution
- Superb gloss adds up more clarity
- Inhibits microbial growth during manufacture, distribution, and displays
Alu-Alu Foil
Alu-Alu Foil provide the best barrier protection to pharmaceutical packaging from oxygen ingress, moisture ingress, aroma, and light. These cold-forming blisters are produced under clean and hygienic conditions and processed in controlled environments in compliance with GMP requirements. This ensures top-grade quality, fracture-free cavities, and de-lamination resistance for long-term use.
The use of aluminum as the core material—being inert and offering the highest barrier protection—is the main advantage, providing high resistance to water and oxygen.
Benefits
- Ideal for drug packaging that requires large cavities.
- Suitable for tropical and wet regions.
- Aesthetic silver-white luster enhances product appeal.
- Proven performance reduces risk in drug packaging.
- Less material usage due to compact cavity design.
PVC/PVdC Films
In tropical regions, packaging for hygroscopic and sensitive products must be of the highest quality. PVdC-coated PVC films are ideal for blister packaging due to the PVdC coating applied over rigid PVC films. This coating minimizes gas and moisture permeability, ensuring product protection.
The thickness of the PVC ranges from 200 to 350 microns, with coating GSM options of 20, 40, 60, 90, and 120 to suit diverse pharmaceutical and food packaging needs. These films are manufactured in compliance with current GMP norms and pharmaceutical packaging regulations.
Benefits
- Cost-effective due to low heat energy requirement.
- Unaffected by relative humidity.
- Performs well under various packaging and environmental conditions.
- Maximizes product shelf life.
